WHAT IS REFLEXOLOGY

Reflexology is a non-invasive complementary therapy.  It is based on the system of zones and reflex areas on the feet, face or hands, that reflect an image of the body.  By applying gentle pressure, it helps release any blockages along the energy pathways and stimulates the flow of energy to the corresponding body part. This stimulates the body’s ability to heal itself, physically, emotionally and helps to restore balance of the body.

WHY IS REFLEXOLOGY SO BENEFICIAL FOR MY HEALTH?

It has been verified that reflexology can:

HOW MANY TREATMENTS WILL I NEED?

A course of treatments is recommended for specific ailments.  An average course might be between 6-8 treatments depending on the condition.  Improvements are usually felt after 4 treatments and follow-up sessions are recommended in order to maintain health and well-being. Also individual sessions can be used as an extremely relaxing alternative to a full body massage!

For non-emergency cancellation, postponements and rearrangements of appointment times, please allow

at LEAST 24 hours notice.

 

If you have a genuine emergency, are unwell, anyone in your household is unwell etc please let Lea know as soon as possible
