GENTLE RELEASE THERAPY (GRT)

Gentle Release Therapy is a calm, non-invasive approach that works with the body’s natural systems to ease tension and support wellbeing. It draws on Traditional Chinese Medicine principles, blending elements of Reiki and acupuncture (without needles) with gentle, intuitive touch.

The therapy may help encourage balance in key systems such as the Liver, cranial, spinal, and lymphatic networks. Techniques are soft and guided by what the body is ready to release, including light emotional release if needed. Sessions are fully clothed, with touch applied to areas like the abdomen, face, head, and feet.

BENEFITS OF GENTLE RELEASE THERAPY

Clients often notice muscle relaxation, shifts in temperature, or emotional release during a session. Many feel lighter, calmer, and more settled, though experiences vary with individual needs.

RECOMMENDED SESSIONS

A typical course is three to five sessions, allowing the therapist to gently address deeper layers of tension and stress.

VIRTUAL SESSIONS

Gentle Release Therapy is also effective in virtual (online) sessions because it primarily works with energy, intuitive guidance, and gentle touch techniques that do not rely on physical proximity or direct manipulation of the body, much like the principle of quantum entanglement, where two particles can remain connected and influence each other across vast distances.

You will receive a Google Meet meet link before your session, then when your session begins, we will begin a short consultation before you snuggle down under a cosy blanket and receive your treatment.
